Reflect on the School Year with Coaching Bingo!

As the school year draws to a close, it's time to reflect on all we've accomplished and learned over the past several months. Reflection is an essential part of the teaching and learning process, and it can help us identify areas of growth, celebrate our successes, and set goals for the future.

Introducing "Coaching Bingo:" a tool that you can use to elicit feedback from teachers you worked alongside this school year. Have teachers mark prompts that apply to their experience and give them back to you for reflection.  Use this card in end-of-year reflection conversations, and provide small prizes for every BINGO!
